The United States Supreme Court's 2018-2019 term started slow but there are potentially explosive criminal cases that could conceivably reduce the time of many inmates in federal prison for drugs. Issues dealing with acquitted conduct, and 924C are before the court this term. The Supreme Court before the term ends in late June.

Halfway Houses in the United States

The halfway house can be either a good or bad experience depends on your perspective. But do not expect much help from them. The halfway house is a business, there is nothing rehabilitative about it. Residents of half-house's often find themselves heading back to prison because of the restrictiveness of the rules.  For those of you who have homes, home confinement is far better. If you do not have a home, contact us and we will make arrangements for transitional housing for you.
